Demagogue, is a lich and one of the 9 pirate lord's under Cardro. In his quest for immortality he turned himself into a lich but found that this state of undeath unbefitting. He found Cardro and learned of his plans to achieve a "perfect immortality" and decided to lend his aid in order to partake of this plan.
